So I never intended this blog to have shortcuts or tech 'hacks', but I just found this out, so here you go.
In OS X Mail, if you want to send a reply but want to specify what you are referring to from their email, you can! Just highlight the part you want to talk about from their email, then press the reply button. This then takes what was highlighted and preformats that under your reply message.
So now they may understand your nonsense.
